Thanks! Was able to get the FSC code and install the 2017-1 EUROPE. Connected an external 250GB HDD in NTFS format, which was no problem. Also I placed my video files in a seperate folder named "zzz" (thought it might matter since its alphabetically after the 1/2/3/4 folders of the Navi files), which wasnt an issue either.

Had read before that the disc/USB had to be FAT32 and not contain any other files. It was fine like this. These were questions I had going into this anyway, maybe it helps someone. Took a full 45mins for me.

NBT supports NTFS. Older CIC must be Fat32.

Shawn, I have a F30 with nav, 2016 340-i, my question it lists that I have Road Map north America EVO with automatic updates covering California, Nevada, and Hawaii, I currently have 2016-3 any idea what I have to do to get 2017-1, and maybe the whole USA not just 3 states?
