Has anyone used OBD.Maven before?

Been browsing on Google Play for BMW Related Apps. Apart from finding the usual suspects (Bimmercode and Bimmerlink), I found this app -

https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...en&hl=en&gl=US

Has anyone used this app before? What are your experiences with the app?

I plan on using it with a VGate iCar 2 OBD adapter, on my F30 340i

Stick with BimmerCode and BimmerLink.

Bit the bullet on this one. Bought a iCar Pro Bluetooth adapter and downloaded the app. Works wonders with the car, especially when it comes down to the exhaust valve control.

Now I can start my car with the valves open like a M3!

Based on my experience with the app, I highly recommend it as a lightweight alternative to Bimmerlink and Bimmercode, especially for people who can't stretch as far to get Bimmerlink and Bimmercode.

How much was it?
It’s not available in my country.

Guess it doesn’t really matter since I have bimmerlink and bimmercode.

Which aren’t expensive at all.

LOL. It's not available in my country either. I installed the APK of the latest version of the app and it worked fine. I think it worked fine because my car is Euro Spec, and not US Spec. I stand to be corrected on this one.

For everything? Around $20. The app is free to download from the Play Store (can't say anything for the iStore) where supported, so the OBD adapter was the only real cost at $20 incl. shipping and tax.

This is a great lightweight alternative to Bimmerlink for people on a budget. Definitely something to look into if you can't stretch to buy Bimmerlink and Bimmercode.
