First of all I really appreciate all the work and effort that you put into this forum and all fellow members! Absolutely great!

Secondly I would like to code my 2014 BMW 320dA (F30) to change 6NH to 6NS. I am fully aware of the steps that I need to take to achieve this (read many sources on the internet). I already ordered a ENET cable and downloaded E-Sys ESYS 3.26.1. I believe I will need to use the full version of PSdZData since I will be making changes to the FA-list.

Which version of PSdZData do you advice and can you also please share a link towards a torrent or a basic link?

You need only PSdZData Lite. Full version is needed only for flashing ECU's with new firmware. With Lite version you can change FA, VO Code and FDL Code.

I manager to code succesfully 6NH to 6NS, however at the end I got the following error message:

severity: ERROR

Write FA to the Backup Partner failed. Possibly there is no connection to the Backup Partner. [C097]

Yes, and you can ignore it.

The instructions state that under E-Sys Options, you are to disable "Update VCM" and "Update MSM". Had you done so, you would not receive this error.

When I try to read the coding data of the CADF from FEM_BODY I get the following error message:

cafd_00000794-007_031_012 Fehler:
CPS read from ECU "ECUId:FEM_BODY_0x40" failed! [C070]
openECUConnection for link FEM_BODY_40_ETHERNET failed with error MCDError Severity: 2051, Error Code: 49184, Description: Object with name not found, Vendor Code: 3, Vendor Description: provided name FEM_BODY_40_ETHERNET doesn't map to an item [1694]

I think this is due the fact that I didn't select a main series while making the connection. I will try again, I was in the understanding that using E-Sys Launcher Premium would select the corresponding main series.

You must have picked a Main Series, or you wouldn't have been able to connect at all.

"FEM_BODY_40_ETHERNET doesn't map to an item" means the wrong series was selected, as in a car without FEM_BODY ECU (e.g. F010) was used.

I believe it was set to default or automatic.. so I was able to connect but not use the FEM_BODY ECU. Anyways, it worked out!
