GB Sticker for European Driving.

Hey

Can you guys show me where you put your GB stickers on your cars.

I don't have any symbols on my number plate so need to get a sticker.

I found a pretty cool spot on my previous car, but i don't think my F30 can pull it off as the glass is not as sloped.

i know i know, first world problems.

Yes in the bin!!

On a serious note though I had considered displaying one for my recent trip through France, Belgium,Holland and Germany as I too don't have one on the number plate.

In the end decided not to, didn't want it on the paint work and with being an F31, not much point in putting it on the rear window as this time of year it gets covered in road muck in about 5 miles.

Did the whole trip over a week of driving and no problems. Saw many other cars not displaying as well.

I did think of just getting a rear euro plate with a 'GB' and leaving it on or using it for future trips, as surely the government can't insist that you change your number plates when we fook off from EU.

Hahaha I know right, It's not going anywhere near the paint thats for sure. I'm tempted take a picture with it on, and then claim it fell off if I get pulled.

This, but I prefer it on the plate!

Also this thread is definitely in the wrong section.

It'll still scratch the paint, especially if you're OCD

Anyway, don't see why we need one, everyone in Europe will have their own symbol on the plate, so they'll see one with no symbol & say ahh, comes from GB!! Simples

Funnily enough I tried a magnetic one on the bmw pictured above a couple years ago and it just wouldn't stick. I remember furiously trying to attach it on the boat as the cars in front of me started disembarking at Calais.

I'm thinking a window cling version might be better now, which sticks from inside the rear window. Easier removal, no damage, can't be stolen.

Doh I thought I was in off topic section when i created. Can the mods move please
