Do I need spacers?
I have a f30 340i and I previously was running on 225' front and 255' in the rear. After a month, I found a seller who was selling his M4 437m wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. Ofcourse I bought them and installed them on my f30. Now I am running on 255' front and 285' on the rear. Now I had an alignment done at Firestone but it still seems off. Is the tires? Do I need to buy something or replace something? Do I need any sort of spacers?

Spacers change how far out the rim sits from the hub. Doesn't effect alignment. It seems you have something up on the driver side front though as -1.8 camber on what looks like stock suspension is quite a bit. Even if you're lowered a bit, -1.8 is 1 degree more than what you're at on the passenger side. I would get that corner checked out to see what's going on.
Also it looks like they didn't try to adjust your rear camber at all the even it out. Prob would take it back to get that redone.
