He's not over-revving the engine; looks like he tried to put it in drive with the door open and pressed the gas to pull forward and only then realized it was still in park. "Slamming" it into park is a bit of a stretch as well, especially with park only being able to be engaged electronically.

I feel like there should be a higher bar for putting a video of someone up online without their consent, especially when they're just doing their job.

You're charged book time. If the tech can do it in less time they don't give you a discount because they are efficient. Would you scream from the rooftops if they charged you 6.5 hours but completed it in 8?

They have literally no discretion - if BMW says 2.5 hours it's 2.5 hours. There is nothing they can do (as much as they may way to).

LOL I left out a huge chunk of the story...

My warranty company covered the entire repair in full, however upon picking up the car bmw came after me for 400$ out of pocket because the warranty company "didn't cover the full labor time it took us" "it took us 6.5 hours".
Funny I have it logged at 3 hours on my camera

Upon reaching out to my warranty company I found the following -

BMW asked them for 6.5 hours @159.00ph + parts

My warranty company gave them 4.7 + parts
@159.00 per hour (wich is beyond enough time for this job)

They did the job in under 3 so really they got overpaid for labor and still came after me for that false "extra time" they couldn't get from the warranty company.
They were already ahead of the game, and the advisor got cocky.

The advisor literally told me "we had it in the shop for 6.5 hours, and after I told him I have a camera he retracted the 400 out of pocket charges

But hey if u want to defend bmw dealerships...sounds like you like to get ripped off.

Come on for real....he revved the car 100% I understand it's not the end of the world but again have some respect...

Secondly he opened the door while moving forward wich threw the car into park with significant enough force for my dash camera to alert my phone saying "bump,accident damage"

I agree i may have over reacted, but it was just the cherry on top when I found out they intentionally tried to rip me off

Yea, you really stuck it to them. Go after that porter too for revving you car. You should be able to squeeze a coupon at the very least.

Brand is Ultima LED. These plug directly into your factory harness.

These worked in the daylight very well. Only slightly dimmer than stock because of the smoked lens. The cheapest were the brightest.

There was a split/ crack in the side bolster. Barely noticeable but saw it when cleaning. They replaced the lower part of the seat.

I recently had mpssk installed and didn't like the decal they slap on the engine cover. I found this cover on eBay for 50 bucks and had IND paint it to my specs. This engine cover comes with cars ordered with mpssk from the factory. The part number = 11148668255
