Will 19x9.5 wheels with 40 offset look ok?

I have a 440 GC , found a set at 19x9.5 with a 49 offset for all 4 wheels.
Will this look ok on my car?

Title says 40 offset, but post says 49 offset. 40 offset will work well I think. 49 not so much...but just ok if it will even fit without hitting the inside/suspension or other components.
