Amazon CF M Style Mirror Cap Review

So this is my second set of m style mirror caps I've ordered. First was from eBay for $50 and the carbon finish was terrible. However, this set from amazon was only $100 and the quality, finish, and fit is amazing! Honestly didn't see any flaws on it and the fit was 10/10. It was also packaged very well as you can see in the pictures. Bonus was that it is also prime so you can get it in 2 days

Here's the link to the mirror caps if you're interested:

Did you remove the mirror to install these?

No I just stuck a squeegee under the OEM mirror cap and popped the caps out! Only broke half of one pin in the process on the OEM ones so it can definitely be done without breaking if you're more careful but I didn't care

Just installed these and they are great! One tip. I heated up my old mirror caps with a heat gun and slid an old credit card up from the bottom center and worked side to side. Popped right off and no broken tabs. Cleaned up the inside of the mirror and popped the new covers on. Super easy to do.

Been on for about a month and a half now and still holding up strong. Better yet, no regrets or second thoughts!

if you see the mirror form the glass side, you will see the cover sticks out since the mirror frame is rounded on the corner, looks very cheap

I did this when it was about 40-50 degrees out and a squeegee. I'm sure if you let your car sit in the sun for a bit in warm weather and try the credit card method you'll be fine!

Yes you could do this as well haha! I don't have access to an outlet where my car is parked in my apartment complex so I had to use the natural sun
