N47 Engine Oil Capacity

About to do my first oil change on this engine and I am struggling to find the correct info on oil capacity for the 2.0l 184bhp variant of this engine. Different posts, different answers.

Yes I will measure what comes out, but there's a big cost difference in the UK between buying 5l or 7l of oil so would rather just buy what I need.

Correct torque setting for the drain plug would also be appreciated.

Thanks in advance
