Exhaust recommendation for Bmw 320i 2012,f30, n20 engine

I have a Bmw 320i 2012, f30, that has an n20 engine, I want to make the car loud but not sure wether I should straight pipe the stock exhaust, get a cat delete or buy an exhaust. Any recommendations on what I should do?

Catless downpipe, resonator delete (perhaps), axle-back performance exhaust. With BM3 stage 2 and a drop k&n filter I'm happy with how loud mine is without it being obnoxious or drone. I have my resonator still.

I have an MPE and love mine. mellow when I want it and louder when I want it. Granted it's not straight pipe loud... but loud enough for me.

As for the recommendation, I would listen to the clips on the exhaust thread, not going to be the same as in person but you will get the gist of the note that it produces

If your only criteria is loud, just do catless and muffler delete. Search the section and you'll find countless thread with videos and such of this and many other combos.

my 2 cents is, going only catless downpipe makes zero difference to sound, coz thats my setup, quiet as a mouse still but stinks from the back

REMUS full catback for best sound without a drone ... You can also add a downpipe for a more aggressive tone
