Yeah I didnt mean to put blame on BMW. I completely know its tire related. The point I was trying to make was not to do 19's RFT. no bueno.

i've driven both 18s and 19s and have decided to stick with 18s for ride quality and less risk of issues and cheaper repair if issues arise

Ah, gotcha. Yea they should just stop making low profile RFT's. It's really ridiculous how bad they are. BMW should also get away from them altogether until tire manufacturers actually have a worthy product. Basically they fked everybody now by not giving anyone a spare/donut. Worse than that, it's not having a proper place to store a spare. Of course this is really only a concern for those of us who have our cars past warranty.
