Has anyone had luck with this issue for MY2015 428i made after 1/30/2015? Just got the code P0597 and my dealer in tampa said car isnt covered.

I have a 2015 528i, just had to get mine replaced, but it wasn't covered. Indy shop found something that said models released in January were covered, but models made in May weren't covered. My car was from the May group, apparently
