Is this vehicle a demo with some miles or brand new?

This is the most aggressive deal I've seen for a long time: almost 20 percent off MSRP. Did the dealer explain if any special incentives are included in the discount?

I'd take that if that's a brand new car. That's essentially invoice and at least $4,000 of credits. That's as good as you're likely going to get for a MY2019 - everything going forward will probably be lower residuals as the 4er approaches EOL.

They did not explain and they have put the following in the invoice
Rebates -6K
Trade in - 7K (I am not doing any trade in by the way !)
Total 13k difference is what they have shown.

This is what the quote shows up.
NC has highway use tax instead of sales tax, hence 3% tax rate.

11% off MSRP before rebates? Wow. Either this dealership is hungry for some sales or sales department is on the cusp of a sales bonus, either internal or from BMW. Or both. That looks like a great deal.

I don't think you'll find another deal that good, and the options package is great. If that's the car you want, buy it.

I paid nearly that much for a 435 CPO with 14,000 miles. I love the car.

I feel you can get the car for 60-61k then your trade, etc.

The car is missing 2vf, adaptive suspension. Supposedly it improves handling.
