I just received an answer to my question about availability of B16 Damptronic coilovers in the US:

"Our manufacturing plant in Germany is undergoing retooling changes and it has caused a back log on many of these parts and their production. Also this kit has not been tested in the US market. For these reasons I cannot provide a release date of this kit for US sales."

This is annoying that us AWD people only have OEM when it comes to replacing the adaptive dampers

I am not getting Google hits on them anywhere in the world (outside of announcements from 2016 and 2017).

If they actually are available in EU, would be rather simple to import...but I’m not seeing them anywhere.

Hi folks,

I found a good deal for the rear B6 Damptronic on Oscaro.com (661€ instead of 1163 !) so I ordered them on the spot.

I already have the Eibach springs, -20mm front/-10mm rear so I'm just missing the front B6 Damptronic pair to complete a full B12 Pro Kit !

Like Bilstein said in the last email they sent me, likely not before mid October, and that's really at the earliest...

Those are all listed for the F20 not the F30. Are they compatible?

I need more reviews before I pull the trigger on this... Not sure if I should just replace the dampers with these, wait an eternity for a B16 damptronic kit, or get something like the KW DDC plug and play.

Too bad he didn't really compare to his OE EDC dampers. That's the difference I'm interested in.

Tire rack has these too. I couldn't find rears on summit.

I don't see those part numbers on tirerack. They do have the B4 damptronic, but they are significantly more expensive than they should be.

I have track day in a couple of weeks, this could have been perfect... sigh.

Bimmerworld is showing the B6 Damptronic as available for sale. $440 for rear & $560 for front. The fronts are for RWD applications only (Rears are listed as RWD & Xdrive).

Anyone try these?
