The F30 is already too big.

Time for a RWD 1 series sedan. And yes I know there is a snowball's chance in hell.

That blog post mentions they'll all be mild hybrids? When was that confirmed? It sounds like it'll just be a more robust electrical system, not a "hybrid" per se, but still, the first I've heard of it. Maybe I'm not keeping up enough.

Gotcha. I saw the word hybrid and got a little worried...

I have no problem with electrification, but I'd be a little upset if they didn't offer a "normal" gas powered model. I saw that they'll be implementing this in all G20's and for a second thought that all G20's would be like ActiveHybrid 3's...

All cars are going this way. Even the Dodge Ram has it now. Mercedes has it with their new inline 6, and the reviews are great.

Yeah, If I were buying a 2 door then a 2 series all the way. I already have owned a 135i, but there is no reasonable size option in a 4 door RWD any longer. A big gap in the segment that BMW built their success on.

I am enjoying my F30, but it is already bigger than I would like and was hoping it wouldn't keep swelling. My F30 feels as big as my E60 on the inside. Luckily it drives like a much lighter car - which it is.
