Will a bike fit inside the F32 coupe?
Has anyone tried fitting a mountain bike/road bike inside a 4er coupe? I'm wondering if I can pick up a bike on gumtree using my car

I have a 335i and a Trek Mountain bike with 29" wheels. If I lay the rear seats down, put the bike seat all the way down, pull the front wheel off the bike, cover your bumper with a large towel to prevent any scratches to your bumper as it is tight and I can fit the bike through my trunk rear tire first. I then put the front wheel under the bike, cover the wheel with the towel and close the trunk with room to spare. I would have to believe that you can do the same on a 4 as they are pretty darn close dimensional wise.

I fit TWO mountain bikes in my F32 coupe regularly. Both bikes are new 27.5's, and have dropper posts. Mine is an XL frame, and the GF's is a small. I remove both front wheels and all four pedals, slide mine in and cover it with a blanket, then slide the other bike on top. Both front wheels then get covered up and go on top of the forks in the "back seat" area.
We also include our riding gear, two bike stands, pump, cooler...everything. No problem at all. I'm 6' and my driver's seat stays where it normally is. Plenty of room in 4 coupe once you get used to tossing it all in there. |
