2012 328i Liquid Blue
I picked up my car about 3 weeks ago and have already put about 1200 miles on it. I was pretty much dead set on Alpine White, however this was sitting on the showroom floor and changed my mind. I've received quite a few complements on the color and I really like it. It's a base model with the premium package and heated seats (lol really need those in AZ). Sorry it's a little dirty.

Thanks. Ha! No, I'm a guy. Funny, when I was on the fence on whether to go with the Liquid Blue or Alpine White I asked my wife if she thought it looked more like a girl color and she didn't think so at all. It actually looks silver when it starts to get dark out. Also, my wife has a white Mercedes, so they look really nice sitting next to each other.

I think that's the photo's perspective. It didn't look that way when I saw one at the car store.

sounds feminine... or at least what a girl would choose... ... on top of the car color too... 'cause my ex-gf has a TSX with the same color... Anyhows... this is still a very nice color!! For either gender sorry i hope there weren't any feelings hurt...

Yeah, I agree. The photos are not the greatest as I took them with my phone, plus the sun was beating down on my driveway creating some glare. If I get a chance I'll try to take some better pictures. Quote:

Playa saw your ID and said to himself: there's some baby blue BMW-loving booty up in heeyah! Then, his next thought was: she's in AZ and I'm in So Cal; it's not that far and what's the worst that can happen? I meet someone new; I have a nice little road trip driving through some sparsely policed stretches of highway where I can drive faster than I can whack one out, maybe smoke a doobie along the way...how bad could that really be? Then, the head between his shoulders regained some control and he thought, sh*t, she may still live at home. But his one track mind again wrested the reigns and said, "I've got an F30 and it's supposed to be roomier. If she's hot and it's going well, worst case, there'll be enough room -- after all, they do say these cars are good to get her Bouncin' on My Willie -- and what a way to christen a brand new BMW?" It was at that point Playa made his move and typed that post. He was ready to start livin' the Joy. Now, mind you, all this happened within the space of 5 seconds or less. And, there's no doubt, it's a long way to go for some tail, but guys have done stranger things for lesser rewards. LOL But, Anemone turned out to be a guy, so all bets were off. Now, the only difference between my story and DrivenBy's is that mine is what really happened. (If, by some chance it isn't, when did folks get so damn boring?) Lord knows if it were me, I'd have told one of my runnin' buddies about it, and if Anemone turned had out to be a girl, we'd have hopped in the car and been on our way, him hoping like hell she has a friend, but knowing I'd loan him my car so he could go find her one! LOL (We didn't have the WWW back in my day, but opportunity still had its way of knocking, and you know we opened the door! LOL Those were the days!!!!) Sorry, but I could not resist saying that with y'all because it's what I thought when I saw DrivenBy first ask about Anemone's gender. Seriously, though, I'm just talking some schmack. I mean neither of you any harm or disrespect. I do hope you found my anecdote funny; I know I laughed out too loud when I saw him ask if Anemone is a woman. Even now, I'm still chuckling over it...

... let your imagination run wild ...
guilty as charged? I think Tony just felt sad for being too far away if Anemone were really were a girl, or else he would have done it himself !
LOL tony... as a guy, i perfectly understand what you meant ! but i have my girl , there wasn't any intentions LOL it would have been nice to have a girl around here once in a while... and for a girl to appreciate BMW for what they are really worth, and not just a brand to show off ...

looks very cool. I love blue BMW's (have arktisblau and used to have steelblau E46 touring).
Where in AZ are you? I'm in Scottsdale (cactus/101). I'll be looking out for a liquid blue F30.

Old Thread but...
Recently purchased a 2013 328i in Liquid Blue Metallic. It's more of a silver with blue hue than pastel or anything else. It looks very sharp and crisp (photos don't do it justice)
