Question Thermostat timing

Hi Guys,

Could you please help for F36/420i/B48 coding.
Also I have 2 questions.

1st,
What is the temperature of the coolant water? my one is 96℃-112℃.
i think, around 105℃ is fine and 112℃ is little bit high.

2nd,
Can I coding about thermostat opining and closing timing change?
Then, do you know coding parameters?
This is because, I don't know true. but I heard F3x thermostat is electric management type.

Thanks,
