Are there any aftermarket oil coolers available for the F30 non sport/m-sport line? Alternatively, is there a parts breakdown for swapping in the coolers from the sport/m-sport packages?

I'm considering ordering a 320i in the future with the sport package, but the only thing I'd really feel like I'm missing are the oil coolers. I don't really care for most of the other options that would come with the 328i, and the power difference would be easily be made up with a JB4 tune.

I do a few track days every year so this would be a concern for me in terms of reliability.

AFAIK people tracking N20's haven't reported temperature issues. When I tracked mine, I found it ran nice and cool, certainly a lot more than my previous N54 engine car.

Are you certain you want/ need to do this?

Well, I'm not certain, but it does seem that every N20 car I've seen racing has been a sportline car, which does have an additional radiator.

My understanding is that the 320i sport package doesn't have that extra oil cooler so I'd like to make sure I can just focus on driving/MYNEMESISSSSSSSS and not on "will my car overheat this lap?"

Maybe I should make another thread asking if anyone with an N20 non sport/m-sport tracks the car and if they have had any issues.

Why don't you just go and see how your car runs at the track first and keep an eye on the temp gauge? That way you're not second guessing something you haven't measured yet.

What's the winter rating on the oil you're going to run?

Considering ordering, do not have yet. Trying to decide if I want to save for a sport package car.

I run my BRZ on 0w30 on track but I'm pretty sure that has no bearing on an F30
