328i with 335i Eisenmann Sport Exhaust
Hi all
I have installed a 335i Eisenmann sport exhaust on my 328i for both looks and sounds. However when I was at the shop installing it, the technicians found the 328i exhaust flap control cannot work on the 335i Eisenmann sport exhaust (it has a flap in it) Now I’m going with flaps open but would still want to install a flap control. Has anyone got an idea what to install or how to make the flap control work on the Eisenmann exhaust? Not sure if I have done my research correctly, the part number of flap control on 35i and 28i are both the same... so I’m not sure why it can’t work on the Eisnemann one. Cheers and sorry for my poor English. |

I'd guess it's just a matter of the location of the flap. Perhaps the mounting and wiring aren't lining up. That's all I would think it is if the PN is the same. Try to ask the shop exactly why it wouldn't fit.
