I believe it is for the Turbocharger version:
MWG - Manual Waste Gate (not PWK)
EWG - Electronic Waste Gate
The MWG is the earlier version of the F30 335i engine used till I believe 3/2014. After that, BMW switched to an EWG. The Dinan tuner must be mated for the waste gate used.

The other equation is if this Dinan kit for an Engine with MPPK or Stock Tune.
