Recommended shop for OEM+ modding

I'm looking for recommendations for any PDX area shops that can do light OEM+ modding without dealership arm and leg prices.

I'm not a DIY guy, don't have the tools nor the space. These are the mods I'm looking for:

Paint and install M performance splitter, rear diffuser, side skirts
Lowering on H&R springs

Hi Marc! I don't have the right answers for you, but I'd say anyone on this Avants Portland list would be a good start.
