Oil Service

Just taken ownership of a 5 month old 430d X drive with 8000 miles on the clock, when I picked the car up the service indicator was showing 10000 to the next oil service, after only 1500 miles of mainly Motorway driving this has now dropped to 5000 .Any thoughts?

my 335 is showing oil service in 4000 miles *at 19000* mainly motorway

keep an eye on it as it will fluctuate a bit depening on driving style

Mines a petrol and after 200 odd miles (all relatively short journeys), the service interval has gone from 18000 to 17000. I've had the car just under three weeks.

May have to pony up the cash for the service package. :-(
