Does anyone have a recommendation where I could buy a painted boot spoiler. I'd like the whole kit but at a minimum I think the spoiler would be nice. F30. Also how much would the whole kit cost painted and installed, as a general idea?

I have the m performance kit on my f30. The whole kit is matte black and my car is white which , to me, looks nice. The kit comes in matte black or more expensive carbon effect.
The only place I've seen a genuine m performance spoiler is on the bmw accessories site or through a bmw dealer. Not cheap and then it needs painting and fitting. Not much change from £500 I think.

Oh wow I see more than I expected. How much was the kit installed in the matt black?

Unfortunately it was already on the car when I bought it from the dealer. The kit consisted of ( all in matte black) kidney grilles side skirts front splitter rear diffuser and rear spoiler plus the 20" m performance alloys.
I priced it all up recently to buy new and it was somewhere near £7000. Ridiculous. The alloys+tyres were near enough £4000 alone!!
I'm sure you could find a cheaper spoiler but it wouldn't be a genuine part.

Edit: the m3 one from emotors looks a bit less dramatic. Anyone had one of those on their f30? I am awaiting delivery of the LCI, they have changed the factory rear splitter to colour coded from grey/ black plastic IIRC from images?

I've just had the entire kit supplied and fitted by a dealer on a car I'm going to pick up this Tuesday.

Supplied and fitted it came up to £1200 inc vat.

Tbh the standard one looks about right. Did worry about it being too big and in your face.

But on the car it looks right.

But I might need to look at the one which replicates the aero kit for a more OEM look. Or... save for a bit and get the 1200 kit. But I would want the front splitter painted along the bottom leaving the black parts to make the vent parts lool bigger. Seen it on a white F30 and looked great.

It depends if you prefer the smaller M3 one, or the M Performance one (one in my link is a replica of)

Personally i think the M3 one is too small.

Correct.

Car is mineral grey, aero parts are all black.

It's got 18s on it out of the factory which will be left on to wear out these tyres in time for winter. It will then get a set of winter tyres until winter stops, at which point we will have purchased a proper set of wheels for it. Most likely 20s.

Hi there,

I have had the black spoiler and black kidney grills supplied and fitted by the dealer for £350 inc VAT. They quoted me £1208 for the whole kit however its not possible to fit the side skirts and diffuser on the sport model.

I need to order a pre painted boot spoiler, is this one from the states the one to go for or is there one I can buy from the UK.

You will likely have to pay about £20 import duty but still much cheaper than anywhere else.
