275/30/19 rears on staggered set for f30 328i w/xdrive?

Hi all. I currently have a f30 328i xdrive running style 397s (18x8 et34, 225/45/18s all around). Im interested in a staggered set of wheels with the following specs:

fronts: 19x8.5 et34 , 235/35/19
rears: 19x9.5 et34 , 275/30/19

Has anyone used a similar setup? I just wanna know if they setup will work for my f30. Any help, feedback or advice would be appreciated.

I run a similar setup and it's fine on x drive. Only thing is you need to bump the front to a 245/35/19. The rolling diameter is 1.2% different, but similar enough to OEM as the front wheels are slightly bigger.

Thanks, couple of questions for you. Are your offsets the same for all 4 wheels? Thats what Im a little concerned about. Also, why didn't you go with 235/35/19 for the fronts? I thought that the 235 was actually closer to OEM rolling diameter than the 245....

Offsets are ET35 front and ET33 rear. The rears poke a tiny hair, but I like the aggressive look. ET34 will have a nice look all the way around especially if you are lowered. If you're on stock height, some people might think you've got too much poke in the rear... all just preference.

As for the size, 245/35/19 I believe is closer to OEM size, a little shorter overall by about half an inch I believe. The 235s you can run but the difference in size I wouldn't mess with... so in that case it would be recommended to go with a 265 rear

Sort of... these pics don't really show the offset though. Also the app won't upload images in high res I'm noticing.

oem diameter is 26". 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 are both 25.5", perfect for x-drive, however if you are not lowered you will be increasing your wheel gap 1/4".

why would you want to run a .5" shorter tire? also an et34 with a 275 is going to poke quite a bit

Im not choosing to run a shorter tire, those are the tires already mounted on the wheels that are for sale from a friend. Id prefer not to buy new tires if I dont need to. In terms of the poke, it doesnt look too horrible based on the pics in the tread above. I do feel like I need to see that offset in person though.

This should give you an idea of the poke. Taken looking straight down. I am lowered a bit as well which plays a part

Thanks for the photos. They have definitely given me a idea of what my setup will look like. Any issues with xdrive/dtc with the 245 over the 235?

Nope I've been on these tires for over 20,000 km and no issues. There are plenty of guys running this setup, I think it was recommended to me a while back because with the OEM sizing, the front wheel is slightly larger than the rear wheel, so it is closer to how the OEM sizing is than 235 front 275 rear

I just know that an expert told me that and that I've liked the setup and have had no problems at all with it.

I am assuming you are running a 235/35-19 front and 275/30-19 rear?
