WMI problem: Air being trapped behind check valve???

Hi

If I am not using my WMI regulary, then a flow problem develops as you can see on the picture. If flow is OK then STFT should show -30 (YES, I am injcting a ton of methanol ).

When purging the system I disconnect the line right after the check valve and see air coming out.
Can the problem be that vacuum is syphoning the meth up to the check valve and air somehow get behind it? And then when I go WOT again the flow is not enough to pass the air?

I have tried to replace the check valve - same problem. I believe it is a 3psi valve.

PS: No need to comment on my tune/STFT/ign timing or other. Just the meth flow problem, thanks

If there is vacuum, it must be coming from the tank. Do you have a vented cap?

Isn't the check supposed to prevent siphon? If air is getting in and you've replaced the valve, maybe there is a leak at the connection?

Also consider moving the check valve as close to the nozzles as you can.
