437 20-8.5F and 9.5R tire fitment

Ordered 437's off one of the vendors here
They are 20-8.5 F and 9.5 R
So after all the research Im leaning towards
235-35 F and 275-30 R which would give me 26.5 total diameter which is .5 increase over stock
But would be equal increase front and back.
I don't want to stretch the tires due to the local roads
So figured this is the best fit.
I'm leaning towards the eibach springs but wondering should I just run the xdrive set up and not the rwd set up due to increased tire diameter. .5 increase tire and .8-.6 lower suspension should be a good balance to get rid of the fender gap. Looking for some expert advice please.

Car is 2015 f30 335 m sport xdrive adaptive
It's my daily and I'm looking for appearance more so then a race car.
