The MPPSK is more than just the full exhaust system. It's an engine tune as well as the adaptive sound removal.
Are you wanting that too,? if so then you've no option apart from BMW.
If you don't want the remap and other bits I dont know how the MPPSK exhaust valves will work on a non-mppsk car? Do the valves function.?

I was thinking about having the car stage 1 mapped which would render the bmw tune useless anyway so thought I could maybe save a bit and just get the exhaust parts, as far as I'm aware the flaps still operate as normal as they work the same as a non mppsk car.

I am thinking it's probably best to go to the dealer and get it fitted by them and then if I feel the need for more power take it for a map elsewhere as the second hand mppsk exhausts ain't much cheaper used tbh.

already had BM3 on my car.

Bought the mppsk exhaust used for £650, and sold my old exhaust for £200. cost around £450 all in all, and works perfect. I fine tune the burbles with Bm3.

This is exactly the sort of thing I was looking to do, you got a bargain on your exhaust there's currently two for sale one is £1100 and the other is £1350 so might aswell go new as it stands and try out mppsk map aswell.

At the moment, cheapest I've seen a new MPPSK with Carbon tips is £1795 fitted.

There's a used one on eBay with carbon tips for £1050.

Don't really see many for sale used.

One thing I would say though, I believe if you have Bmw tune, you can then stage 1 remap on top of that and get more like 420hp.

I thought it was around £16-1700 for bmw supplied and fitted, which for the full kit fitted is brilliant value.. my only regret is the kit didn't come out until 18 months after I got my 440i and wasn't worth for the remainder of the lease
