Hello i want to do a oil change revision to my f30 320d Stage1.
People told me to use MOTUL 8100 XCLEAN+ 5W30 OR
RAVENOL VMP USVO SAE 5W-30
Wich one you recommend to me?
People said about motul makes the engine more silence.

You mean a normal oil & filter change? Any oil that is BMW Longlife 04 (LL-04) rated or higher will do. Brand is really a matter of personal preference, and one could have a long discussion about additives etc.

The viscosity depends on the weather conditions and also on how you plan to drive it. In the Arctic circle, most would go for a 0W-20, whereas around the equator a 0W-30 or 5W-30 would likely be the best choice. Thicker oil in warmer conditions. Thinner oil for extreme cold. Thicker oil may protect engine components better when driven hard, thinner oil is slightly better fuel economy.

Both oils meet the technical requirements. For me personally, Motul is a better option. I have more confidence in them.
