And the LCI 3GT configurator is now up on the BMW Australia site. Details of the 2017 model has also been released. Here in Australia we've been cut back to only 2 engine variants - the 330i and 320d - and RWD only.

From the pricing information covered on on most of the Australian car websites yesterday, the two versions are very competitively priced against say the 3 series wagon (where again we only get the two variants - the 320i and 330i). Certainly boosts my interest in possibly moving from our current 5-year old X3 30d to the 3GT 330i.

The 2016 figure has risen to 26, so still 'fairly' exclusive.

My dear Mr teaston, To be honest I noticed a few 3 GT's on the road these days.

I am enjoying my GT very much to be honest. And if you read this thread you will notice my good man that there seems to be less unhappy people here and more people content with their GT's.

Go on grow a pair and get one next time round

This is my second GT and is now 10 months old. It's just perfect, I still wouldn't have chosen anything else.


I had this one fully detailed when new with the full Gtechniq CS Black treatment and that has proved to be absolutely amazing. The car is still looking like new.
