Have not heard that. Still blue from what I've heard but I'll try and check on that

It was on the first page ...

10K = 64% (down from 65%)
12K = 62% (down from 63%)
15K = 59% (down from 60%)

MF = .00121 (down from .00127)

Come September does anyone think the residuals for a MY14 328i will go up and if so, by how much?

Residuals will likely recover to what MY13 rates were in last October, ROUGHLY - that is your best educated guess, but nothing is gauranteed!

I would bet they will at least IMPROVE to some degree, however, but to which degree, is unknown.

So for example if its 61% now for a 10k/36mo lease, it could be 63/64%?

Thanks

I know that the MY13 328 was 65% for a few months, and is now 64% in July.

So I think it's reasonable to assume the MY14 328 could recover to 63/64%, but again, there's no guarantee.

I would google what the RV were for Sept/Oct of 2012 for the last MY at that time, that's likely the most fair estimate.

If I did my credit check in June, would it be possible to use June's rate for a 2014? Does that even exists?

That didn't have rates for the 2014s in June, so no

July numbers suck

Back in March, I was getting some great numbers for 2013 335 xdrive, MSRP 56K.
Mid $600's/month, 24 mths, 15k/year, no money down.
I wish I could remember the RV and MF and the adjusted MSRP.

NOW....i'm getting quotes in the $780/month for the same car!
Trying to negotiate 2014 335 xdrive, MSRP 58k with the same miles/length, and getting $890/month!

Am I crazy or does this same outrageous for a 335?

they quoted mf=0.00127 and rv of 63 or 65% for july

Payments went up about $100 yeah... see if you can get a 13 off the lot under invoice, maybe you'll get close to the march numbers

Should have ordered a 13 man, or see if you can find one still around.

Thanks for the replies.

I did find a couple of 2013's, but the numbers were not much better.
MSRP of 56K, reduced to 51K with incentives, so still in the mid $700's / month. MF was same and RV was 2% higher.

What is total due at signing for fees, or are you rolling it all into the lease? Still, what is the amount?

What is the RV?

Are you putting anything down?

0 down, RV was either 63 or 65%, taxes rolled into lease, total due at signing was very low, around 500 I think because of a turnkey program.

Those residuals are too low for 24 months. Last month the 335 had a 62 percent residual for 36 months so you basically are paying for a June 36 month lease over 24 months. Why not take a 36 month lease with those numbers? You'll end up quite a bit cheaper.
