Thanks,
ECU: KOMBI [3007]
VALUE: DIM_NACHT_EIN
DEFAULT: werte = 32
NEW: werte = FF

Changes orange night colors of KOMBI to be white at night (No Navi Night Switch too). I'm guessing it also does the same when the lights come on in tunnels etc etc.

I have tried which your shared codes, but not change color after coding.

I saw the below after coding, Aktif changed to UNKNOW,

Before code
Aktiv
Werte=08

After code
UNKNOW
Werte=FF

Because of this , I have changed back coding.

Do you have any suggestion?

Thanks,

Thanks,
The coding I gave you came from the coding cheat sheet. I've personally not done it myself. However a quick look on google. Others have done the same and also got the UNKNOWN value. They say it's normal if you change the Werte value to something other than the defined ones.

Did you FDL code and save it, see if it works? Worst case is just back it out afterwards.

Yes, I have made FDL coding and power off car, I wait a little and power on again. Then I have connected car via e-sys and checked the coding whether is OK.

Coding was OK, but not change the color.

Thanks again.

First of all, your car looks amazing. I hope that Use a good day.

I have readed your post and I saw that This feature requires hardware changes. So we can not change the color with any coding, right?

Thanks,

no need to try coding. Changing the color on the speed/tach requires changing the LEDs (hardware).

the only thing you can code is the screen below it

I coded mine today and the only thing that turned white was the small screen like Bryan. Has anyone coded it to where everything is white?

Hi Everyone,

Can you indicate the posssible coding for the LCD (at the bottom of the tachi).

This coding:
ECU: KOMBI [3007]
VALUE: DIM_NACHT_EIN
DEFAULT: werte = 32
NEW: werte = FF

Does not change anything on mine (still orange at night)

Thx!

If you read the posts in the thread you will see it was determined that the actual LEDs have to be changed.

This is impossible to do as there are only orange LED's in the instrument cluster so no amount of coding can turn them white. You need to replace them with white LED's.
