HUH?

I just activated XM and it only works with one keyfob, mine, with my wifes keyfob it doesn't work. WTH. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Activated by calling XM directly, if that's what you mean. I mean, the xm radio works only when I start the car with my key only. When you start the car with her key, only the preview channel works.

So did SiriusXM come OEM in car or was it retrofitted?

That's what I mean by your "just activated" as "just activated" sounds like a first time event.

And if it was previously working, did it work on both key fobs?

Better description of not working you covered....could have meant no audio, not showing as option along with AM/FM etc.

Besides questions above, start car with HER key.

Call SiriusXM and tell them you need the radio reauthorized as you are only receiving Preview Channel. They will send out a new reauthorization command and see if it starts working within several minutes.

Yours is a new one, but I suspect that MAY work.
