First get good connection so it says connected.

Then press "delete history from headunit"
Do this then press "restart headunit"

Switch all off for few minutes.
Then start adding services one by one from most recent one to older ones.
One by one and as you add go to service and check history. To see updated leave Vehicle Status and go other menu and then come back and check.

easynav. even adding one doesn't make it reappaer sadly.

You need to follow the procedure. I had this before on several cars. It disappeared but then started to show up back on.

Hi have taken note of my history. I can update the history but I have lost all of my history and tried adding it back in order.

However when i enter the date in the date box say 15/05/2023 using the date selector. After restarting hu it gives wrong date 05/01/23 btw in the date box after selecting the date it shows in the format 5/15/2023 I have even tried typing into the lines where it shows what it's gonna code but doesn't make any difference.

F30 2015 with NBT radio with Harman Kardon.

To add the date is separated with ; not with / or - in the string at top left if that helps

I was just wondering guys, my m8 has had its running in service done by an indie the reset button was not pressed all the info however is on the bmw database, the car still was showing overdue on the running in service. The car then went into main dealer they hit the reset button did the second service entered the service but now running overdue indicator has been logged in along with what was done on the second service. There invoices to prove RIS was done on time it’s also logged on to bmw data base but bmw Uk the wankers are not willing to change the incorrect entry. Any possible way to get rid of that and correct info putting back into the car??

If you are sure the service history is correct in bmw database then you can write it to the car from BMW servers using AOS ISTA.

Hi, hoping someone can shed some light on entering service history for older f series cars.

I'm able to update services on my 2015 f30 but not on my 2011 f25 x3, so i know it's not an hu manager issue.

On my 2011 x3, i did not have a service history option in my idrive, I have since activated service history in hu_cic with bimmercode and now i am able to see the service history option on my idrive, which shows 2 dummy services uploaded since activated by bimmercode.

I am also able to connect, detect and successfully write aervice history but after the cic reset there is no change to the service history on the idrive, all I am able to view is those dummy services initially there since bimmercode activation.

Any idea where I am going wrong or if it isn't possible with older cars that service history needs to be activated.

I can't help you with your specific problem but can confirm my old F30 (2012) which had CIC Pro-nav definitely worked fine with hu manager
If you clear the history with hu-manager does that work, ie does the history disappear from the idrive ?

Unfortunately not, I am unable to clear or write any new service. All I can do is view the dummy services created by activating the service history on the idrive.

You're going to have to be a bit more specific if you want to expect any help. Just saying it doesn't work doesn't help much
