oil leak after dealer replaced oil pan 2014 f15 x5 xdrive

Just had the dealer replace oil pan replaced on my 2014 n55 x5, I checked it out today to see some fresh oil drop on the bolt circled. Picture was taken after I wiped the bolt. I don’t see the oil trickling down from anywhere

Do you guys think the oil pan gasket needs to be redone again. I will take it back to dealer on Tuesday just wanted some thoughts before I do

have you checked valve cover ? anywhere else it could be leaking from , check everywhere up top. Was it bmw dealer , or indy shop . either way, yes they need to re-do the gasket, if its the gasket

Done at Bmw dealer, valve cover was replaced and ofhg a couple months ago. Didn’t see a trail to follow for the oil drop. Only explanation is that is came from the gasket near that bolt
