MHD Stage 1 93OCT timing corrections

Flashed my 2017 340i yesterday, I'm having timing corrections, I'm looking for some insight on how to address this. Also if I need to provide a different log with more data that is not an issue.

I read it can commonly be from gas not being up to the proper octane level, l've read it can be plugs and that's about it so far. My plugs are about 3k miles old NGK's, Dinan coils, no other changes to the OEM set up.

Should I try and run 91 tune? Are these timing corrections severe? There is also a "timing delta for knock adaptation" which was at -1.8.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yessir, this is exactly what I do. Car likes the 91 tune better than the 93.

Rare to see clean timing on 93 maps. Step down to 91 or run one of the ethanol maps and throw some E in there.

Always post the full log as a link, not just a screenshot of it. Analysing a log means looking at the progression of different parameters at different RPMs. Not just a snapshot in a moment of time.

Based on your description - you should definitely not run that map with your current fuel. Step down to 91 map (with the same fuel) or add E to your fuel.
