Duck bill or high kick rear spoiler

Looking for examples of a duck bill spoiler or trunk lid for F30s. Having trouble locating exactly what I'm looking for. I want to put a duck bill trunk lid painted MWM on my car or some sort of add on spoiler, although I prefer the trunk lid as a whole to have the duck bill incorporated into the trunk. What do you have????
