Hey everyone, I have a problem and can't find a solution for..

I have installed Ista 4.39.20v., The problem is it doesn't want to connect to the vehicle. (I'm using K-dcan cable). I configured the port in device manager(com1,latency-1), installed the drivers for it. Also I checked the obd.ini , the ediabas.ini STD:OBD is set. I have installed Visual C++ (x64/x86) and all necessary tools for runnig it without a problem. I'm using Windows 10 Pro 22H2/OS Build 19045.4412.
I will attach the log files if somebody can reveal what is the problem, and how to resolve it.
