Hi All,

Do any of you East Anglia based folks have recommendations for dealer servicing in the area? Wife has used Baron's Stanstead and wasn't impressed and didn't fair much better with Baron's Cambridge. Does anyone use Lancaster Bury St Edmunds, they are closest. Any experiences would be most useful.

I'm actually quite impressed with Cooper Norwich these days, but I guess that might be a bit far for you? Is Cooper Ipswich not near you?

Hi Ian,

Have to had no success with Cambridge awful lot, at that time I decided to use independent so tried Bartlett Automotive who were far better, a similar cost... https://www.bartlett-auto.com/servicing-and-repairs

Over the last couple of years I've used Autoleys in Kings Lynn ... well you did say East Anglia! http://www.autoleys.co.uk/home & have proved to be the best yet, Ian is a very helpful chap & certainly knows his stuff. They also do the work for AC Schnitzer UK, highly recommend them.

Taking the car to Listers in Kings Lynn next week for some warranty work, so lets see how they fair, I'll let you know..... You may want to combine it with a trip to the sea !!

I use Coopers in Naaaaarwich - always had first class service service (!) and sales too.

Ian, I have used Lancasters in Bury for my recent full service, end of warranty check and brake fluid change on my F31 335d. Very happy with customer service, courtesy car was clean and new ( prefer my F series though over the G). I compared pricing against Coopers in Ipswich and Lancasters came out well. Recommend them myself.

I've been a regular at Bury St Edmunds bmw for around 5 years now. Pretty much as good as they get from sales to services imo. Don't let them wash your car though as usual...
New updated showroom is a nice place to check out the metal too..

Thanks for the recommendations, may give Bury St Edmunds a go as it is closest. Will let you know how it all goes!
