Sounds like a scam. Asked for more info and he just replies with a phone number.
Someone serious about selling a car would post more helpful info. Scammers usually post a phone number, right Jose? want paypal friends and family? or zelle? etc? how about a third party check for more and my delivery guy will take payment from you?
