front windscreen defroster blowing cold air

My front defroster seems to be blowing cold air. This has the opposite effect... it fogs the windscreen! Thankfully this only happens on the passenger side.

Any idea why this is happening? Is it a setting I inadvertently turned on? I have tried setting the passenger temp control to max and setting the middle dial to full red. It still blows cool air on the passenger side. I can feel quite the difference in the air temperature with just my hand.

Not sure where to start looking. Really don't want to take it to the dealer...

It's probably a clogged heater core. Cold air from the heater on the passenger side is a well known and often posted problem.

Flush your heater core. Shouldn’t take too long. It should be readily apparent if that was the cause.
