Cpuld an E92 335i LSD fit an F30 335i?
Hey, so I have an LSD off of an E92 335i. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to fit it into my f30 with relative ease? I just wasnt sure how different it is than the one in ours. Thanks for the help!

The earlier 3-series used the old tried and true flanges with individual bolts. So it was easy to spin as you removed and reinstalled each bolt. But the F3x uses a lighter system that holds the half shaft on with a small circlip that fits into a groove on the shaft. Needs a special tool that fits in a pops it off the circlip. See photos. |

Lol, everyone is so quick to say no.
It may be possible, depending on the splines of the e92 diff. E92 diffs use the same clip on the shaft to secure output shafts in the differential. The difference between e92 and f30 is that bmw made the f30 half shafts and output shafts one piece eliminating the 6 bolts |
