I am in the market to buy a 435i with M-Sport package and 6 speed manual transmission. Stock or modified is fine with me as long as the modifications were performed correctly.

Lists of modifications I am desiring, but not required as I am capable of modifying myself:
-Limited Slip Differential
-Wheels/Tires.....not looking for large diameter, but wide, track oriented setup
-catback exhaust
-suspension.....could be coilovers or a nice set of lowering springs and performance dampers

Desired options/colors:
-comfort access
-HUD
-leather
-cold weather package for the heated steering wheel
-any color except Black
