Insurance
Ok, so I've been with LV for the last couple of years and my previous renewal was circa £500 for the 335.
So the renewal this year (different address) is £1K, which quite frankly, is crackers. I am 39 have a full protected no claims and have NEVER, ever claimed on the insurance and now only do 6000 miles a year (yes I know M3/M4 on the cards next but that is a different topic). I used to live on the outskirts of a small town / city in Northern Ireland, now we live 10 miles down the road out in the sticks (middle of nowhere) so hardly cause to double the premium. Anyhow, the usual round of Comparison sites has yielded a policy with Kwik Fit for £380 all in (legal cover included) with the same excess etc. as my current LV policy. Has anyone had any experience of them at all? The other candidate is AutoNet, again never heard of them but the GoCompare rating for them is 1 star vs 5 stars for KwikFit.

No personal experience and not underwritten by any well known player in the car insurance space.

I've used Autonet in the past. I never had any cause to contact them so can't speak for how good they'd be in the event of a claim or problem, but from my experience it was easy, affordable insurance.
