How to remove F33 Ambient light trim

Hi guys

I am new to the forum

I have been searching for a removal guide for the F33 ambient lighting trim, but i can only find some for the F30

If anyone knows how to remove them i would rwally appreciate it

From the pictures i have seen of the back of the door cards they do not look the same

I don’t think they are removable, at least not without drilling out the plastic spot welds.

As above and new are held in place with star washers
