Speed restrictions anti dazzle 2017 330e adaptive led?

Hi!
I got a dilemma with "anti dazzle" function on my 2017 330e with adaptive led.
On my car, the anti dazzle function will not work if im driving below 70kmh (43mph)
But the full beam assistant still works.
It has been like that since i got the car new in may 17.
According to other f30 and g30 owners their car have the anti dazzle function all the way down to 35-40kmh (21-24mph)
I talked many times with my bmw dealer about this, but they cant find out why my car is different. Upgraded all software's too.
Even checked with carly, but it does not seem to be possible to adjust it there either.
According to bmw documentation it does not say whitch speed restrictions the anti dazzle have, only the angle of lightning during different speeds.

Any bmw geniuses in here that have some suggestions?

Greetings from Norway!

Yes, they can be coded to lower speeds when using esys.

Search or ask in proper forum.
