BSM 330d build (now with extra lows)

Never done a build thread before, why not start now?

This pretty much documents everything I've done to the car over the years

The day after I first picked up the car, June 2017:

Mods started slow at first, simple black grilles:

Then they picked up, ACS style roof spoiler, m perf spoiler, rieger diffuser, black chrome tail pipes, and m performance tail lights

Wasn't a fan of the matte black SE style grilles so I got some gloss black ones and carbon eyelids

The carbon eyelids didn't last long though, the tape that came with them was trash and one flew off in under a week.

Replaced that bit of carbon with some AutoID m3/m4 style carbon mirror caps:

Followed by a more aggressive M4 style spoiler

Threw on some 666m reps for a while

Experimented with lamin-x light smoke tints for a while

Replaced the M4 style spoiler with a PSM style one

Finally got some wheels - 19" Schmidt FS-line 3pc splits. These were a nightmare, constantly leaked and the barrels cracked/buckles insanely easily

Was also running eibach pro-kit springs here I believe

Got sick of the headache of the 3pc wheels and threw on my buddy's 442ms for a while

Then I got a deal I couldn't pass up on some 20" HRE FF15s

These came off an M4 and had 265s up front and 285s in the rear. Rubbed like crazy!

Decided to get a bit experimental again and got some window vents

Finally got sick of the front wheels poking so much and got some BC Racing coilovers to drop the car a little and camber in the fronts

These are the Extreme Low variant of the BC BR series coilovers, the rear in those pics is pretty much maxed out when it comes to lows.

Experimented (again) with the slatless grille look

That's all up to December 2018 - imgur won't let me upload any more pics so more to come tomorrow once they decided I can upload again

Nevermind it's allowed me to post more in an incognito tab haha

Some more slatless:

Then I used up all my luck and won a full cat-back exhaust system from Deutschtech so I took advantage and went for dual exhausts:

Borrowed a buddy's stock diffuser to get the positioning right haha

m performance diffuser followed shortly after

Nothing happened for a few months, then I got rear-ended. Used the opportunity to fix up a few small things on the car (like get the holes from the license plate on the front bumper filled in at last!)

Then came one of the biggest changes to date, the JHP dynamics front splitter. First and only splitter to ever go on my car!

Remember earlier when I said the rear coilovers were maxed out on lows, even though they were the "extreme low" kit? I decided to fix that.

Springs that came with the kit on the left, new ones on the right

The car currently sits like this

Though I've got some narrower front tyres on the way to allow me to drop it back down to this height

And that's everything to date! I'll update periodically when something new happens, but tbh the last few months (with the exception of new springs and the splitter) have been pretty slow going when it comes to mods.
