well at least we know the mini H1 can work. lol better sharpen those blades!!!

After about 7hrs of labor, I finally got them on. Spent 4 hours n 100$ on tools to remove the 2 bolts that are locktite under each headlight. (left my tool box at my cousins house which was 25 miles. Teaser photos.

Tools required
8mm socket
T25/27
7/16 L wrench < saved a lot of sweat n pain
Extra pair of hands
Replacement bolts for replacing the shit T25 with lock tight (M6-30mm) lowes/homedepot
Dremel - cutting blade(if the t25 bolts stripped you be stumped for a few hours)

Ps. Coding is cake! Amazing work

Nice job Charlie!

Sorry to hear about some of the travails. Can you explain that T25/Locktite issue a little more? do you have pics of it? I'm curious how much of PITA thats going to be, and any tips getting around it would be appreciated.

btw... did you say you posted pics? i don't see any..

That's as close to factory as I have seen. Looks excellent. Wish these were a turnkey kit (hint, hint).

That looks fantastic! Hey Charlievu, did you install a hid kit with the custome headlights? If so can we get some pics of it with them all on at night? Also, did you do any extra grounding for je install?

Everything was plug and play, no extra grounds or tapping. The kit that Bienarcis used was 3 plugs. Attached photo of where I mounted the ballast. Zip-ties it right under the horn bracket.

Here is the cutoff photo. Will be re-aiming them tonight but practice makes perfect. This was 20-25" out and on an incline street in my neighborhood. I thought they were "good" but, I noticed they are aimed too much to the right after driving last night. Can't wait to adjust them tonight.

Yes, you will be coding off the cold and warm test and coding Drl and bulbs to LED. Simply change active to non active. The coding thread explains it step by step. I was scared at first but once I got image hang of changing it.. I printed out the cheat sheet and added on a lot of cool features. Our cars are smart as hell!!
