F30_SixSpeed are you EWG or PWG??

When you did the dyno, were you FBO with BM3 or just stock with BM3.

Again great numbers and can't wait to pull the trigger on BM3.

That's not my car... it's a local 335i. He is EWG. Baseline runs were completely stock- stock hardware and stock tune.

I'm PWG though.

With those numbers, he has to have catless dp as well!!

basically FBO + DV+ and bm3

Saw this on their instagram! Numbers are really exceptional at just 15.5psi and 93 octane or a bit of ethanol. Why do anything else honestly on this car?

Agreed!! I might add meth simply to keep IATs down in the hot humid summer and go PS2 when my stock turbo fails but other than that FBO + tune is plenty for this car for power mods.

I run meth on my other car. Iat plummet thru the run. It’s one of the best mods I’ve done. On a daily it could be cumbersome. Maybe if you can switch maps on the weekends. But I don’t know. Flashing with bm3 makes me nervous.

Aren't the meth controllers set up so that it only spray under certain MAF/MAP or boost conditions? So for example, as a daily driver with light to medium throttle, you get no spray. Hammer it and it sprays.

Yea mine comes on at 7psi. I run 20lbs. I can stay under 7 if I want. Yea I suppose U can set it it super high and definitely only have it Come on under full wot. In that case. Do it

I won’t take my Bmw that far. I like how fast it is now anyways. The car is legitimately insanely fast to 60mph being fbo with bm3. On the highway it has enough balls to push me back in the seat a bit. I bet it’s knocking on 11s. Will know soon

There is an argument made that it’s pretty bad for the motor though. Atleast in the oil injected rotary. It’s said that it could potentially wash away oil from the seals. U definitely dont want to be spraying too much.

e30 run - EWG Holds nearly 16 psi to redline. Timing clean AF too with the increased octane.

Wierdness, experienced some knock today during normal driving. Didn't really feel anything, i was actually just testing the new updates to the agent and the dashboard.

Posted a support request on the Map, hopefully it is benign. I wasn't able to reproduce more knocking after i got home and drove to and from the gym.

FSociety How is your gear hesitation going. Ive noticed mine getting progressively more pronounced after the car has sat for a while. Almost like a gentle 'buck' when the car shifts. I was actually hoping to capture the gear hesitations in my logs when i realized I was knocking a bit.

Let me know what you find, I get intermittent knocks as well but apparently it's a not a big concern if detonation happens at lower RPMs
