Correctly installing front lip?

Hey guys,

I recently got myself a 435i, now one problem I have realized, under hard acceleration the center piece of my splitter comes loose and hits the ground, scraping the crap out of it. It looks like it was only held in by 2 screws, so I need to buy a new one, because this one is cracked and a bit rough now, but is there anything else I could use instead/ or with the screws to make it more secure?

I used 6mm nut and bolt with a spring washer with a large washer either side and it's rock solid after screws kept working loose. It's not moved in nearly 2 years
